What is yoga therapy?
Yoga Therapy primarily focuses on your health needs. I conduct an assessment, establish an appropriate goal, and develop a programme to help reduce or manage the symptoms of a health condition, or health conditions.
THE DIFFERENCE
Yoga v Yoga Therapy
A teacher-led Yoga class follows a set sequence focussing on strength and flexibility. Yoga Therapy sessions focus on individual needs and draw from a wide variety of Yoga practices to help you deal with specific health conditions.
